Nowadays, the crucial role of knowledge in gaining competitive advantage leads the knowledge management to become a must in all organizations. Only if the appropriate infrastructure and prerequisites for the use of such a process is provided, the organizations’ tactical goals will be benefited of such advance. So that, using the two main tools of interview questions and questionnaire distribution, NIGEC preparation level of knowledge management implementation were assessed. Using relevant methods, validity and reliability of the research was confirmed. The most significant strengths and significant improvement in path of knowledge management implementation was identified. Therefor, the points of improvement and the relative strength points were determined. Finaly, the knowledge tree of the hierarchical structure of the organization knowledge was designed. Understanding of these features is helping to implement of knowledge management in this organization considering of its requirements. Consequently the main application of current research is recognition of the knowledge management strategy.

Being present in international markets is considered as a strstegic decision. So, every company before expanding its operations across its home borders, must develop a clear understanding about international marketing environment. To meet this need and expanding exporting companies operations, Export Management Companies (EMCs) can provide very useful services. In order to establish and further development of EMCs, this paper conducted two distinct surveys, asking marketing services’ executive managers and customers to realize necessary supported approaches which should be provided by public sector institutes and governmental bodies. Based on prior studies, investigations and experts’ opinions, this paper presented four subsystems to support marketing services agencies including law-making systems, support systems, informing systems and “ Monitoring-Assessment” systems. Additionally, these supporting systems were ranked.

According to the special position of the steel industry in Iran and around the world, in order to grow Khuzestan steel, the expansion of exports needs to be a priority for the organization. In order to meet the priorities of the organization, it is necessary to take steps to create organizational agility, because global developments are facing significant speed and progress, and if Khuzestan Steel (KSC) lags behind these developments, it will not be able to offer its products well in foreign markets. Therefore, relying on knowledge creation and personnel training, it will outperform competitors in rapid changes in the market of competition and customers demand. In this study, the impact of exports and change management on organizational agility with respect to the mediating role of knowledge management with the principal component analysis (PCA) approach is reviewed. The present study is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study is all employees of Khuzestan Steel Company, which are 389 people. All of them have worked from 1st of April 2019 to 1st of May 2020. In this study, 300 people have been considered to determine the sample size using Krejcie and Morgan (1960) table. Three types of evaluation validity were used to confirm the validity of the measurement tool, content validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity. The research data collection method is library and survey methods (field). Also, a questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS and structural equations were used to analyze the data. All research hypotheses were confirmed and suggestions based on hypotheses were provided.

The purpose of this study was evaluation of export performance of Iranian caviar and identification of its affecting factors. Therefore, this study has examined the impact of variables like ability of strategic sustainability management, the measure of export market-oriented and export flexibility taking into consideration of environmental differences between internal and external market on export performance of Iran's caviar. Current research with the view to objective is applied research and with a view to data collection is descriptive research and Statistical population of this study to include all managers of exporting firms Caviar exporting companies in Iran. Cronbach's alpha was 0. 9 which indicates that the reliability of the questionnaire is appropriate. Connection between research variable has been investigated through path analysis in LISREL Version 8. 8 software. The consequence of this study shows that strategic sustainability management has the most impact on Caviar export performance of Iran. After that parameters of export flexibility, export market-oriented behavior finally dynamic of market have significant and positive impact on export performance.

Small & Medium size enterprises due to their constrains are not able to manage their financial & informational resources which is necessary for handling their international business activities. Therefore, the best way which these units can enter the international market and increase their exports are to benefit, at least in the beginning, from the services of export intermediaries. Although, export intermediaries are called differently by various countries, but they are presenting almost the same services which are of two types:1- Services regarding identification of needs and creating demand2- Services regarding demand processing and responding to it.This study first presents internationalizing theories of SMEs, and then describes the informational needs of these units, in the way of internationalizing at various levels. Then, from one side the problems and obstacles which SMEs are facing in the field of export activities management have been mentioned, and from the other side, investigating the implimentation of Export Management Co.s impacts on the Export Promotion Programs of SMEs in Bousher Province, This descriptive and non-experimental research study gathered data by questionnaire from selected SMEs in Bousher Province. After conducting statistical analysis it has come to the conclusion that Export Management Co.s can develop the export of SMEs in the province.
